Hi, everyone! Kaiyugyo members meet the people who are brought up in the different culture from ours through international exchange via the Internet. With exchanging emails and chats with people abroad, we however feel that there is a person who has the thought and interest similar to ours in the world.
Kaiyugyo is base on the individual exchange. Then you will be able to join a group when you find a suitable one for you.
Starting a10 forum with some Polish people at the begining, people from various countries such as France, USA, Israel, Russia, the Phillippines, and Australia have participated in the a10 forum. Now 35 people joined the forum and were making a very tiny community.
Some participants in the forum are so friendly and good at English. All of them study Japanese. To my surprise, a few people among them write Jpanese so well with kanji!
ポーランド人数名との間で始めた交流も、今では、フランス、アメリカ合衆国、イスラエル、ロシア、フィリッピン、オーストラリアなどからも参加していただき、参加者は２００７年５月５日現在、３５名となりました。
参加者の中には友好的な人たちがいて、英語も堪能です。そして、海外からの参加者は全員日本語を学習しています。中には、驚くほど日本語ができる人もいます。
このフォーラムでどのように人間関係を構築していくかが今後の課題です。身近に接して日常生活をいっしょに過ごすことができない中で、いかに人間的なつながりを形成できるのか、今だ未知数です。インターネットが進化したおかげで、今ではテレビ会議やボイスチャットを使用して交流できるようになりました。しかし、今でもチャットとフォーラムが交流の主な道具です。したがって、メンバー一人ひとりに英語で書く力が要求されます。また、たくさんの人たちと交流を継続していく上で、その人たちから信頼されるパーソナリティーをも身に着けていなければなりません。
gist… The aim of the activity of Ask 10 Persons (“A10” hereafter) is to change teens’ view about others with culturally different backgrounds to a much friendlier one by enriching the images they have toward foreign countries from a familiar perspective.

主旨・・・十代の子供達が抱く海外に対するイメージを身近な視点から豊かなものにすることで、文化的に異なる他者に対するまなざしをより暖かいものに変えていくことが、Ask 10 Persons（以下A10）の活動が目指すところです。 （a10のウェッブサイト）
