Once upon a time, those tuned cars were popular in Japan. But I've not seen those ones here around nowadays.
I suppose it's because those tuned cars are illegal and people don't have much genki for such cars.

Those cars are pretty eye catching. Are you also into car tunning Antonio? Do you perform some races during those meetings? Oh, and according what Teru-san said, what does your local law say about tuned cars? Can you simply drive such car directly from a workshop on the street without any problems?

haha im a tuner but just starting.California Laws are Very Strict on altering a cars motor from factory condition,But we still do it anyways.haha

I see . Is there your private car on any of your pictures? I don't know anything about car's mechanics, but what have you changed in your car? Did you do all by yourself? If you have the chance to tune any car your dream of, what would that be?
