Not much ,only few families and I don't have opportunity to see them often. For events such as Japanese culture week the organiser invites japanese guests from other citty. Sometimes , just like this year also volunteers.
I dont know for sure how many people really interests in japene culture.
I guess its like in every place on the world , most of them are just looking for a free entertainment. Those who cares more always joining official parts, like lectures or exhibitions.
